35 minutes on the treadmill, mostly fast pace walking/jogging, Then 15 min of sit ups and stretching. A few trips around the circuit.
I need a new gym program !!! I am going to MAKE myself get one. I need structure, I need a program that is set up with me in mind.. so I can achieve the goals I want!!! Plus I need to get my ass downstairs and learn how to use the equipment.. it's all so large.. and the people are so buff... I won't be able to lift anything LOL, Oh well everyone has to start somewhere and at least I can say I make an effort.
I think being a personal trainer would be very rewarding, you get to help people set goal and monitor their changes and accomplishments.
Anywho, time to eat.
