Back in the saddle =)
I went to the gym today and started my new workout routine off with a bang! I love the gym, really I do.. I feel my best after I work out.. nothing tops the feeling of endorphins rushing through your body.
Total Cardio =
15 minutes Stepper - throwing in sprints every 2-3 min
50 minutes Treadmill -- Jogging/speed walking
2 circuits
3 sets of 30 reps on the Ab Machine
= A very tired Jane. *collapse*
