Back at it again today, 20 minutes on the crosstrainer incline 5-7 intensity@7, 20 minutes on the treadmill alternating between running and speed walking, incline@1.5 speeds from 3.5-6.5mph, circuit : 3 sets of 10 reps on the first row as well as bicept curls and ab crunches. 4 sets or 10 reps on the leg pull ups. Stretching and 4 stes of 60 reps on the ab roller. I have a very sore calf muscle for some reason.. ouch.
I think I might start taking creatine before I go for extra energy.. charles takes it but I haven't done much research on any harmful long term effects so I'll have to research it first. Anyone with info on creatine please leave me a shout out :)
