Friday - Parade Day - got to the gym at 6:00 sharp thinking I could get a good workout in.. apparently they were closing at 6 becuase of the parade and whatnot. So I had a 50 minute workout... 25 minutes on the crosstrainer at Very very intense levels, I worked my little legs so much I thought I was going to pass out. Then I did sit ups with the ab machine, and lots and lots of stretching. I left the gym with my face burning hot and my legs about to fall off !! Yipeee
Today - Mixed it up a bit, 15 minutes on the stepper... when I don't use the stepper for a while it's torture.. god it burns. Then 15 minutes on the Crosstrainer at medium speeds mixing in a few intense levels. 25 Minutes on the treadmill alternating running and speed walking *barf*. I accidently unplugged some lady's treadmill while I was attempting to turn on the fan.. whoops..I felt bad, she didn't know what was going on. Then I did some circuits and sit ups :)
Goal for next week - Make appointment with the personal trainer before she leaves.
