Fun fun fun at the gym again today :
20 minutes on the cross trainer, 15 minutes on the treadmill, sit ups with the ab machine, arm weights, and the ciruit.
I want to start bringing a notepad to the gym so I can keep track of my exact workouts, and keep track of how many reps I do of what.. and so on. I need to get my ass in gear :P
