Nothing too streneous yesterday, took it easy because I was still sore from the day before. 10 minutes on the crosstrainer @incline 6 and at level 6. Treadmill for 25 minutes alternating between speed walking @4.0 mph and running at 6.5-7.0 mph (incline1.5) I am trying to build up my endurance for running, it's getting better. Circuit - first row 3 sets of 10/15 reps, second row bicpet curls 3 sets of 10 reps, and the ab machine 3 sets of 10 reps. Over to stretch, then sit ups with the ab roller (not sure how many) then 2 stes of 10 reps and 1 set of 15 reps on the Leg pull ups. that's about it for yesterday.
