Today I was feeling tired but I still dragged myself to the gym and actually ended up having a great workout. 20 minutes on the Crosstrainer, incline variating between 5-10 @ an intensity of 7. Treadmill 25 min @incline of 1-2, mostly speed walking.. some jogging. 3 sets of 10 reps on the first row of the circuit, stretching for 5 minutes, and sit ups with the Ab machine. I am going to be sore tomorrow.. I can already feel it. booo

I forgot to bring my notepad today which sucked.. I want to know the exact names of the machines in the circuit for better tracking. Next time I'll remember!
