Yesterday I didn't have much time to workout becuse I was going out for supper and I got off work at 4pm, So I did 20 minutes on the crosstrainter an incline between 6-10 usually at level 6-7. Then 20 minutes on the treadmill jogging and speed walking at an incline of 2. Then circuit training :)

Here is the recipie of the day !!wOOt, I Loooove potato salad, My mom used to make it all the time, here is a yummy recipie that I tried :)

LOW FAT POTATO SALAD

New potatoes, steamed & chilled
Low fat dressing
Chopped tomatoes
Green onion
Grated cheddar cheese
Steam new potatoes until done. Chill. Slice potatoes 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Arrange on serving tray in single layer, slightly overlapping. Set aside.

Make dressing of 1/2 no fat yogurt and 1/2 low fat mayonnaise, with lemon juice to taste. Drizzle dressing over center of potatoes. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, green onion, grated cheese and sprinkle on paprika.

mmmm *drools* very tasty. Working out won't get you very far if you don't change your eating habits as well, not to mention there is a strong possibility that you will gain back all the weight you lose if you don't stick to your lifestyle plan. I have a ways to go yet.. I am still a sucker for the occasional fast food. I think splurging is ok once in a while, I just try to make smarter food choices Most of the time.
*Janie* :)
