Yesterday was my day off 1) becasue I was hung over.. and 2) because my arms and legs were too sore to workout

Today I went all out, 10 minutes on the stepper (warming up level 6), then over to the crosstrainer for a 30 minute workout at an incline of 5-8 intensity 5-7.. I got off the crosstrainer practically dripping with sweat. Lots of stretching followed the cardio, then over to the ab roller for 3 sets of 60 crunches, followed by 3 sets of 10 leg pull ups. Then over to the circuit for mostly 3 sets of 15 reps on each machine, excluding the ab machine which was about 3 sets of 20 each. Then back on the treadmill for a 10 minute cool down at 4.0mph :) Lovely
