Back at it :) Got into the gym today in the morning after work, charles was my personal trainer for the day and I made a lot of progress. He pushed me and I lifted more weight then ever before :)

Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 20 minutes @inline 8-9, intensity 7.
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 10 minutes @4.0 mph, 5 minutes @5.5 Mph, all at incline 1.0

Circuit :
Pecs - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5/6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4, and 1 set of 6 reps @5
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/6
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/7
Seated Leg Press - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7/8/9
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/6/7
Lat Pull downs - 3 sets of 10 reps @45/60/60
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 10 @90/100/110/130 - it killed at 130.. I still don't know how I did it. I was huffing and puffing like a maniac.

*Stretching*

I thought I was going to throw up after all that.. so I decided that was all I was going to do for the day... until next time when he is making me go downstairs with the big boys:S
