I had lots of sleep last night so I went to the gym after work and had a great workout.

Cardio :

Treadmill - 30 Min - 10 minutes speed walking @4.0mph(incline2.5), 8minutes @6.0mph(incline 2), 10 minutes @4.0mph (incline 3), 2 min@7.0mph (incline2)

Stair Master - 10 minutes @intensity 7, program 5. Holy crap that machine is a beast.. it really stretched my legs out after the treadmill. Really felt the burn.

Circuit :

Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5/6
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5/6
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10reps @ 6/7/8
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6
Lat Pull downs - 3 sets of 10 reps @45/45/45

*Stretching*

Abs :
Ab roller - 5 sets of 40 reps
Hanging knee lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps.
Sit ups on the ball - 3 sets of 25 reps.
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @90/100/110.

I am starting to get a bad cold, I hope I can fight it off !!!!
