I should have taken two days off but I couldn't stay away, if I take more then two days off it's so hard to go back. So I took it easy today and had a light workout. My upper body was really sore so I could only do 2 sets of 10 reps on the circuit euipment.
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10reps @ 6/6/6
Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes on the crosstrainer @incline 8-9, resistance 7.
Treadmill - 15 Minutes on the treadmill - 5min walking at 3.5mph (incline 1.5), 5min jogging at 5.5mph(incline 1.5), 5min speed walking at 4.0mph(incline 3.0)
Abs :
Ab roller - 5 sets of 40reps
Sit ups with ball - 3 sets of 20 reps
Hanging knee lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps.
I want to start keeping track of my Nutrition intake, I figure if I have to write down what I eat then I won't binge on junk food as much :P However, that would involve creating a new blog...so we'll see. Webcam pics will be on the way as soon as I get a webcam lol :P I think everyone's motivation to keep working out is by seeing results, and it's hard to notice results when you see yourself in the mirror everyday, by taking pics it will allow you to look back at your old body and see how far you've come... well that's the way I see it anyway :)
