I went to the gym today even though I am sick, I still had a good workout.
Cardio :
Treadmill - 50 Minutes 3.7-4.0 speed-walking the whole time @incline 1.5
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 5/5
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 5/5
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 7/
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 15 reps @5/5
Lat Pull downs - 2 sets of 15 reps @45/45
*Stretching*
No Abs today, too weak.... time for sleep.
