I woke up at 8pm today.. and the gym closes at 9:| so I had a short workout.
Cardio :
Treadmill - Not much cardio, I was feeling really weak, So I warmed up with 15 minutes- 10 minutes speed walking @4.0mph, 5 minutes running @6.0mph. All at incline 1.5.
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10reps @ 6/6/6
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/5
Lat Pull downs - 2 sets of 10 reps @4/4
Shoulder raises - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/3
Ab Machine - 2 sets of 15 reps @90/90
Abs :
Ab roller - 7 sets of 40reps
Hanging knee lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps.
Hyper extensions - 2 sets of 10 reps.
I have been eating really well lately, so a nutrition blog is in the works to keep my eating habits on track.
