Ok, So I think the scale at the gym is broken..I weighed myself today and I weigh 113.8lb... yesterday I weighed 116 pounds... what's with that? There's no way I lost 3 pounds in one day. Ugh.

Circuit :

Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 4/4/5
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/3
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/3
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 4/5/4
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 6/6/7
Bicep Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/3

Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 25 minutes @incline 7-10, resistance 7.
Treadmill - 5min @3.9, 5min @6.5, 5min @4.0.

Abs :
Ab roller - 4 sets of 50 reps
Sit ups with ball - 3 sets @25 reps
Hanging knee lifts - 5 sets of 10 reps.

Great workout today, feels great :) My legs are still burning! I accidently deleted yesterday's workout :S boo to that.
