Today I had a good workout, 20 minutes on the crosstrainer incline 8-11 intensity 7, then over to the treadmill for 10 minutes at 4.0 speed walking. Then to the circuit : 2 sets of 10 reps then 1 set of 15 reps on most of the equipment. Stretching, then 5 sets of 40 reps on the ab roller.

Didn't work out too hard because I knew we were going to the AFC in Montague for the afternoon. We spent 2 hours swimming in the pool. SOoo much fun, they have a awesome water slide too !! I like the AFC in Montague much better then the one on Garfield street.. I think it's mostly becuase of the pool, but I also like the layout of the cardio equipment much more too.

We are going to be dead tonight at work... yayy for the backshifts *sigh*
