Yesterday I headed to the gym for a short workout, I had no sleep the night before but I wanted to get some cardio in before I went tanning. 15 minutes on the stepper and 20 minutes on the crosstrainer at incline 7 and intensity of 7, all in all a fairly good cardio workout. I didn't have much time before I went tanning so that's all I could get done. Today will be much more intense.
