Yesterday I was pissed about not being able to go to the concert so I decided to work out instead. I was on the crosstrainer for 20 minutes at incline of 7-9 at intensity 7,I worked my little legs off ! Then over to the circuit for 2 sets of 10 reps on the machines, I planned on doing 3 sets of 10 but my arms and legs were killing me and I didn't want to hurt myself. Then over to the ab roller for 6 sets of 40 reps, ohh and it burned. Also, 2 sets of 10 leg pull ups. Then back over to the treadmill for a cool down..10 minutes at 4.0 mph. Yee haww! I felt much better after that workout:)
