Treadmill - 35 Minutes, alternating every 5 minutes between 5.7mph running to 4.0mph speedwalking. (all at incline 1.5)

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8/9
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 @90/100/110



Weights Downstairs :
French Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @40/40
Chin Assist - 5 sets of 10 reps @60/60/60/60/60
Hyper Extensions - 5 sets of 10 reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.
Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps @50/40/40
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @90/110/110
Standing Leg curls - Right and left legs, 2 sets of 10 reps each @10lb
Barbell Curls - right and left arms, 5 sets of 10 reps each @8/10/10/10/10
