Back at it again..
Cardio :
Treadmill - 30 minutes, alternating 5 minutes @4.0 with 5 minutes @5.5-6.5
Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 7/8
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6
Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets of 10 reps
Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 4 sets of 10 reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 12 reps.
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @10lbs
Pretty good workout today :)
