Back in the grind!

Cardio :
Treadmill - 40 minutes, no running today, just speedwalking 4.0mph @incline 1.5
Stepper - 10 minutes @ intensity 7 program 7 (sprint intervals)
wanted to do 15 more minutes on the crosstrainer but some old lady was using it :(

Circuit :
Pecs - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6/7
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 7/8/9
Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets of 10 reps 45/60/60
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 @90/100/110
Leg lifts - 3 sets of 10

*Stretching*

kept my cardio up high today (could have been better), going to start abs again tomorrow *sigh*
