Couldn't sleep, Hit up the gym at 6am.
Cardio :
Treadmill - 25 Minutes, alternating 4.0-7.0 every 5 minutes. All at incline 1.5 except for 5 minutes at 6.0 (Uphill is extremely hard.)
Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes, incline 8 @intensity 7
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets of 10 reps @60/60
Abs :
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 20 reps @90/90/100
Hanging knee lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps.
Exercise ball - 3 sets of 25 reps. (Side-Center-Side)
Great workout :)
* Tanning was awesome yesterday, I tried one of the new laying down tanning beds which was extremely hot. I came out brown and toasty :D *
