Dripping with sweat and loving it :)
Cardio :
Treadmill - 25 minutes, 10 minutes speedwalking 4.0, 15 minutes running @ 5.5-6.5 - all at incline 2.0
Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes @incline 9-10, level 7
Stair Master - 10 minutes @ intensity 7 program 7 (sprint intervals) Gah, that took all my energy!
Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/5
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/7
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8/8
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 @90/100/110
*Stretching*
My plan for the week is to keep my cardio up to 40-50 minutes, awesome workout today :)
