Fantastic day at the AFC in Montague! Really intense cardio, worked up quite the sweat, followed by a relaxing swim :)

Cardio :
Treadmill - 15 Minutes running/sprinting at 5.5-7.0mph (stopped 3 times for less then 30 seconds of recovery and big gulps of water)

Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes, really intense @level 6

Exercise Bike - 15 Minutes @level 3. I normally don't use the bike, I prefer working my whole body instead of just my lower body, but today I gave it a go. I wasn't impressed, maybe it was just a crappy machine, but overall I don't like the exercise bike. I just felt like a sitting duck, and it wasn't doing anything to help tone my booty.


Weights Downstairs :

* Upon closer inspection of the weight room I realized that they have ZERO Decent machines *

Standing barbell press - 2 sets of 12 reps @25lbs

Decline weighted situps - 3 sets of 12, all holding a 5lb weight.

Squats - 2 sets of 10 reps.

Swmming for 90 minutes :)


My body is aching right now, it was so hard to get ready for work, definitely taking tomorrow off.
