I took the past few days off from the gym, I have been really depressed about school and other things lately, thankfully I am starting to snap out of it. I have only been eating one meal and a snack per day or less for the past week, there were a couple of days I didn't eat for 20-24 hours (and Yes, I know how bad not eating is) but I just don't feel hungry. I think it's mostly a result of working late night shifts, combined with extreme stress and being sick. I haven't had a migrane in a few days *crosses fingers* I desperately need to start eating regular meals, rapid weight loss is NOT good for my body. I weighed 113.8 and now I am down to 108.5. It's just so weird, I have ALWAYS loved eating, and now I couldn't care less.

Tomorrow, definitely hitting up the gym then Tanning :) Hey, a girls gotta look cute when she's swimmin', I am starting to look ghostly

Thursday = workout & swim at the AFC in Montague again !
