I was extremely sore from yesterdays workout, practically every part of my body was aching. I decided to do a tiny bit of cardio today :)

Cardio :
Treadmill - 10 Minutes, running @ 5.5-7.0mph (all at incline 1.5)

Crosstrainer - 10 minutes, incline 7-10 @intensity 7

Arc Trainer - (kinda like the crosstrainer but harder) 10 minutes @incline 2, intensity 6, definately felt the burn!

*Stretching*

Circuit :
*Couldn't use too many weight machines, didn't want to hurt myself even further*

Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3

Abs :
Exercise Ball - 4 sets of 30 reps
