Today was the day.. I finally ventured downstairs into the great unknown...

Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 20 Minutes @incline 8, intensity 7
Treadmill - 20 Minutes, alternating every 5 minutes between 5.7mph running to 4.0mph speedwalking. (all at incline 1.5)

*Stretching*

Weights Downstairs :
Rotary chest machine - 1 set of 8 reps @25, 1 set of 6 reps @40, 1 set of 4 reps @40
Shoulder Press - 4 sets of 10 reps @30/30/40/40
French Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @40/40
Chin Assist - 5 sets of 10 reps @60/60/60/80/80
Hyper Extensions - 4 sets of 10 reps - - second last set holding a 5lb weight, last set holding a 10lb weight. Gah!
Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps @50/40/40
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @70/90/90
Standing Leg curls - Right and left legs, 2 sets of 10 reps each @10lb
Barbell Curls - right and left arms, 2 sets of 10 reps each @10lb
Hanging Knee Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
Hip adductor - 2 sets of 10 reps @100/110

*More stretching*

I am so happy I went downstairs, I love it! There are so many more machines to use! Charles showed me how to use some and I will learn more next time. I am so pumped, I was full of energy for the whole workout even though it was really strenuous. Hopefully this change of scenery will work wonders :)
