Today was my first day back to the gym in almost a week, It felt good to be back, but I couldn't do my normal routine which made me feel a bit depressed. I guess I will have to work up to things again. I am losing weight rapidly, which is not good. I lost 5lb over the past few weeks, from not eating and being sick.

Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 30 Minutes - incline 7-10 @intensity 8 , I felt out of breath the whole time and was dripping with sweat.. Booo!

Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6/
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 7/8
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6

Weights Downstairs :

Chin Assist - 3 sets of 10 reps @60/60/60
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 12 reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.

Physically draining workout even though it's only half of my normal routine, I decided to make my self feel better by tanning :) It worked.
