Workin' it =)
Cardio :
*Went to the gym straight after work, didn't have much energy but I did what I could*
Treadmill - 15 Minutes jogging/running 4.5-6.5mph.
Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes, incline 8-10 @intensity 7
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 6/7
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 7/8
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @5/6
Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets of 12 reps @45/60lb
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 12 reps @90/90/100
Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 4 sets of 12reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.
Chin assists - 2 sets of 12 reps @60/60
Barbell curls - 3 sets of 10 reps, both right/left arms @10lbs
