Short workout today, wasn't feeling that great, and didn't have much time to workout.

Cardio :
Treadmill - 5 minutes runing @6.5, got a bad bad stitch so then I speed walked @4.0 mph for 25 minutes.


Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6/7
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/3
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/3
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6

Also went tanning for 15 minutes, yee haww !!!
