Another day at the gym..
Cardio :
Treadmill - 20 Minutes, 10 minutes speed walking @ 4.0mph, incline 4. 5 minutes running @6.5-7.0mph, incline 2, 5 minutes cool down @3.5mph, incline 2.
Crosstrainer - 10 Minutes, incline 7-8 @intensity 6.
*Stretching*
Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 15reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.
Abs :
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 20 reps(alternating side, center, side)
Ab Roller - 3 sets of 30 reps
Shouldn't have worked my Abs again today, they were extremely sore from yesterdays workout :S
