Finally got off my ass and back to the gym! I have been procrastinating lately, I guess it's because I have been eating really well.. so I think " I don't need to go to the gym", definitely need to squash that mentality.

Cardio :
Treadmill - 30 Minutes, 10 minutes speedwalking @4.0mph @incline 6 (higher incline works the bum!) Then 10 minutes running @6.5-7.7 @incline 1.5, Cool down @3.5-4.0 @incline 5.

*Stretching*


Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 12reps - - all holding a 10lb weight.

Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball - 2 sets of 20 reps then 2 sets of 30 reps. (alternating side, center, side)
Ab Roller - 3 sets of 30 reps
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps

All in all a good workout, trying to focus on Abs, lower back, and cardio for a while. I also treated myself with a relaxing tanning session :)
