Got up at 5:30am and headed to the gym. It's been far to long since I had a workout!


Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 20 Minutes, Incline 6-10 @intensity 5-9
Treadmill - 15 minutes - 10 Minutes jogging/running @ 5.5-6.0, cool down 5 minutes @3.5-4.0 all at intensity 2

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/8


Abs :
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 25 reps
Ab Roller - 4 sets of 20 reps
