Treadmill- 25minutes: 15 minutes @3.5-4.0, and 10 minutes@6.0, all at intensity 2

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 80/90/90

Abs :
Ab Roller - 7 sets of 20reps

Stair Master- Cooldown - 5 minutes @level 6-8, program 6
