Sunday afternoon workout :)
Cardio :
Crosstrainer- 10 minutes -warm up- @ intensity 7, incline 6-9.
Treadmill- 25 minutes: alternated every 5 min between 6.0 and 3.8, all at intensity 1
*Stretching*
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/8
Ab Machine- 2 sets of 15 reps @90/90
Abs :
Ab Roller- 4 sets of 25 reps.
