Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 15 Minutes, incline 8-10 @intensity 7
Treadmill - 22 Minutes - 10 Minutes running @5.5 followed by 12 minutes cool down @3.5-4.0. Running felt really great except for the fact that I ate about an hour before and my tummy was starting to stitch :(
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @8/9
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets of 10 reps @45/45lb
Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps (also 10 fully extended leg raises, they kill the abs!)
Ab Machine- 3 sets of 20 reps @90/90/100
Sit Ups with Ball - 3 sets of 10 reps
Great workout, I am still on the hunt for a new workout blog, I have some graphics that I am definitely using but I need a good layout first :)
