Thursday's workout :)

Cardio :
Crosstrainer- 10 minutes -warm up- @ intensity 7, incline 6-9.
Treadmill- 25 minutes: speed walking 3.8-4.1, all at incline 1.5

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9

Abs :
Ab Roller- 4 sets of 20 reps.
Hanging knee lifts- 2 sets of 10 reps.
Exercise ball- 3 sets of 15 reps.

Today's workout:

Treadmill- 30 minutes: speed walking 3.8-4.1, all at incline 2-4

Abs :
Ab Roller- 4 sets of 20 reps.
Exercise ball- 2 sets of 15 reps.
