Awesome workout today, I really should have ran outside it's beautiful out :)

Cardio :
Stepper - I decided to try the new Stepper machines they just got, excellent! 30 Minutes, 20 Minutes on the Fat burning program @level 6-10, 10 minutes Speed Intervals, really felt the burn.


*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 5 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6/6/7/7
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/4
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5/6
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 8/8/9
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/5/6
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @3/3/3

Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 4 sets of 12reps - - two sets holding a 10lb weight. I haven't done those in forever I forgot how much they killed the lower back, but I love it!
Chin Assists - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 60/60/60

Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 10eps
Ab Machine - 7 sets of 10reps @ 90/90/90/90/90/100/100

Topped the workout off with a very relaxing tan :)
