Cardio :
Crosstrainer - 20 Minutes, incline 8 @intensity 6-7, worked really hard for the whole 20 minutes so I didn't bother doing any running. Plus they moved all the treadmills around, what's up with that ??
*Stretching*
Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @8/8
Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps = 10 fully extended leg lifts
Ab Machine- 3 sets of 10 reps @100/100/100
My arms were still really sore from wednesday's workout so I couldn't use as much weight as I normally use, annnd they had no tanning appointments until 7:30!! :( All in all a good workout!
