Definitely taking tomorrow and possibly the next day off from the gym, my calf muscles were killing me after today's workout. Blah!

Cardio :
Cybex Elliptical - 10 minutes warm up at incline 2 @Resistance 33
Elliptical - 10 Minutes @incline 7-9 @level 7-10.
Treadmill - 15 minutes total, 7 minutes running @5.7-6.0mph, 3 minutes sprinting @7.0mph both @incline1.5, followed by 5 minutes @3.5 @incline 6.0. Nice and sweaty after that!

*Stretching*

Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions- 2 sets of 12 reps all holding a 6lb weight.
Outer Thigh- 3 sets of 15 reps @90/100/110

Abs :
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 15 reps
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 90/90/100
Decline Sit-Ups - 5 sets of 5 reps
Decline Sit-Ups (different bench, much harder) - 4 sets of 5 reps

And that was all :)
