Great workout today!

Cardio :
Treadmill - 30 minutes, 15 minutes running @5.7-6.0mph @incline1.5, 15 minutes @4.0 @incline 6.0-8.0. I was the only person on the cardio equipment which was great for once :)

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/4

Weights Downstairs :
Hyper Extensions - 2 sets of 10 reps and 1 set of 20reps- - all holding a 5lb weight.

Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 15 reps
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 90/90/90
Ab Roller - 4 sets of 35 reps
Decline Sit-Ups - 5 sets of 5 reps
