I had a really good fruit plate at work today for lunch (compliments of Charles) It consisted of: kiwi, fresh pineapple, red and green seedless grapes... very delicious! Decided to go to the gym again after work, I need to relieve stress before studying.

Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 Minutes, incline 6-8 @intensity 6-7. Once again there were no free treadmills, My cd player died after 25 minutes in, so I stopped there :)

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 4/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @8/8
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @3/3/3

Abs :
Ab crunches on the exercise mat: 3 sets of 40 reps.
