I took yesterday off because my body was aching and my ham strings were sore to the touch. Today I ate some easter chocolate then headed to the gym :)

Cardio :
Stepper (Stair Climber)- 20 Minutes on the Fat burning program @level 6-10.
Elliptical-20 Minutes @ incline 6-9, @ level 5-8.

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/8
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/3

Abs :
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Ab Roller - 3 sets of 30 reps
Ab Machine - 5 sets of 10reps @ 90/90/90/90/90 *barf* My abs are very sore
