I was bored with studying at home so I took my Fam Science notes and went to the gym.

Cardio :
Treadmill- 50 Minutes speed walking @3.7mph all at incline1.5 - Studying went rather well, I covered a lot of material while on the treadmill.

Just another quickie workout!
