I went shopping for gym clothes today and I found absolutely nothing and I looked at every store that sells sports clothing :( I tried on half of the clothes in Sports Check, but I couldn't find any workout pants or shorts that I liked and that fit right. I found a couple of nice shirts but what's a shirt without a pair of shorts! Blah, I'll probably go look again tomorrow since I was crunched for time. Annnnnd to make matters worse there were no tanning appointments until 8pm :|

Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 Minutes, incline 6-8 @intensity 6-7.

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6/7
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/3
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/5/6
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @8/8/8
Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets of 10 reps @45/45
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @3/3/3

Abs :
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @100/100/100
