Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7/7
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9/9
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Ab Machine - 6 sets of 20 reps @ 90/90/90/100/100/100

Abs :
Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 20 reps
