Summer's a comin' !
Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 Minutes @incline 6-10, @level 5-8.
*Stretching*
Circuit :
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7/7
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9/9
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 90/90/90
Abs :
Leg Lifts - 6 sets of 10 reps- (2 sets of straight leg lifts)
Exercise Ball - 4 sets of 20 reps
Ab roller - 6 sets of 25 reps
Decline Sit-Ups - 5 sets of 5 reps (one set holding a 6lb weight)
Leg Throws - 1 set of 15 reps. This is a really hard but effective exercise: One person lies with their back on the floor, while another person stands with one foot either side of their head. The person lying down holds on the ankles of the other person, Then they lift their legs. The standing person throws the lying person's legs towards the floor while the person on the floor resists letting them touch the ground. First throw the legs straight, then slightly to each side.
