Crappy workout!!! Grrrr
Cardio :
Stepper- 5 minutes warm up on the Fat Burning program @level 6-9
Elliptical- 10 minutes @incline 8-10 @level 6-7
Treadmill- 5 minutes running @incline 1 @6.0mph
*Stretching*
That's all I could get in since the gym closed at 7pm :(
