Decided to do a workout from home seeing as how my calf muscles couldn't stand a strenuous cardio workout.
Cardio :
Pilates - 30 minutes :) My abs always hurt after pilates.. it's the "teaser" that makes my abs burn...not to mention the V-sits.
Abs :
Sit-ups - 3 sets of 12 reps
Butterfly Crunches - 1 sets of 100 reps
Quick but efficient :)
