Finally I got another workout in at the AFC!

Cardio :
Stepper - 5 Minutes Warm up
Elliptical - 25 Minutes @incline 7-11 @level 5-6

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs- 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench- 2 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 6/7
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6

Abs :
Medicine Ball Twists - 2 sets of 40 reps
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 2 sets of 40 reps + 2 sets of 30 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball! OMG my abs were burning after that!!
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
Ab roller - 5 sets of 35 reps
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 20 reps @ 90/100/100

Great workout!
